We are looking to support and collaborate with Architects, Structural Fabricator's, Construction Contractors, General Builders and Domestic Clients. Providing the Civil / Structural aspect of multi-disciplinary projects.
Wraith Consult can provide support during the feasibility study stage of a project, through to concept design followed by the detailed design package of works, including support during project execution and construction.

Our Services
Structural Engineering
We can provide structural engineering packages of work for new or modified structures, or provide detailed assessments for substantiation of existing structures in a wide variety of primary construction materials. Designing in accordance with the latest Eurocode design codes of practice or other client code requirements.
Civil Engineering
We can provide the design of structural foundations or substructures to support superstructures or earthworks. Such as concrete foundations, basements, retaining walls etc
CDM Support
We are experienced Designers working in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 supporting a Principal Designer during the Pre-Construction Phase of projects developing the Health and Safety File and the Principal Contractor during the construction Phase and supporting during management of the Construction Phase Plan
Project definition and Basis of Design
We have the capability to assist with the project definition phase of projects and assist with the writing of Civil / Structural Design specifications, project requirements and technical scopes of work.
3rd Party Engineering Review / Check
We can provide 3rd party structural engineering checking and assurance on a variety of projects. Our engineers are Chartered Engineers with a wealth of experience and finger-tip touch in understanding of structural engineering and behaviour. We can provide checking in accordance with any recognised code of practice required.
Site Investigation Specification
We can provide site investigation requirement reports for a variety of sites and projects, giving the project requirements and specifiying critical design information to be gathered to enable project progression.
Construction Strategy and Sequencing
For complex projects, we can provide construction strategy and sequencing reports and storyboards, highlighting the key project risks and methods of safe construction.
